Hello, for a long time I have not used my cloud and everything is a bit new to me, I remember there was once a synchronization software that everything in the cloud I see on the computer and devices to which I would download the software (I mean computers and not phones)
If you haven’t done so already, see the WD Support page for your My Cloud. It contains information on how to use your device. There are also links for the various software one can download and use with their My Cloud device. This includes GoodSync which WD recommends as a replacement for the retired WD Sync.
