How to add folder in sync folder

Hi,
I am using WD My Cloud 4 TB system.
I have few of the folders pairs created in the Sync folder.
Now I want to add new folders and create new sync folders but WD My Cloud system shows error message " Unable to connect to remote server".
Please help.
