How to mirror two MyCloudEx devices

Dear team,

I’ve bought two MyCloudEX (16TB each) devices.
I’m not an expert on configuring and need some help.

In short…
We will work daily on 1 EX device and in the background I want to have all mirrored automatically to the other EX device.
RealTime sync would be nice but don’t know what the possibilities are. Can someone please help, or provide me anything on how to configure.
