Hi i dropped my My passport ultra 2 tb today.after that i inserted it asks to format disk so i cancel and restarted my system and inserted once again suddenly my sysyem crashed.then i went to 3rd party technician to restore the data. He tried to restore through software with out opening the caseand he found all files and folders but he cant able to restore. Atlast he told due to Head problem file cant be read and write so I asked him to restore from platter he told its very tough job and it may cost around 700 dollars sound very bad.
Struggling please help me
