I’ve read through the manual but, just couldn’t find a simple way to upload my folder to my cloud storage. Tried using WD Access too unable to locate device. I’m using EX2 Ultra. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

If you can see the NAS in Windoww File Explorer under Network, you can transfer the folder (from PC or an attached drive on PC) using the COPY command of Windows. Very easy.
