Hulu Plus - no sound

No sound on Hulu Plus - tried all sound modes (stereo, optical, HDMI).

Other streams (e.g… YouTube) work fine. Latest firmware. Video is fine.

Suggestions?

Hello,

Try resetting the WD TV to factory defaults to see if it will help.

We actually had that issue this afternoon on our Hub. A power plug/replug fixed it. Perhaps the SMP will be the same result.

Reseting to factory defaults (done from “Settings” menu) did indeeed resolve the problem.
