I can´t acces the first time in my share folders in my mac

Hi and excuse me for my bad english.

Hi, I have an imac with shared folders.
Every time I turn my WD for the first time and I’ll see folders shared my imac, hangs and I have to restart the WD.
After rebooting it works perfectly.
What happens?
