Impossible de me connecter avec mon nouveau my cloud 4 TB

mon iMac ne reconnais pas mon DD
même avec l’adresse mac sous le DD ne le reconnais plus

2 courriel envoyer toujours pas de réponse
je suis à 1 journée d’aller le porter au magasin
et m’acheter un autre mais pas de cette compagnie

aidez moi

DD = hard disk
my cloud led color is blue
and i connect on my router
my mac is connect by wifi and my cloud is in the same network
and i have also a iPad on this network and a iPhone

What URL are you using to try to access the Dashboard?

Have you tried using the IP address rather than the device name?

and i connect wifi
and i can’t see the dashboard

what IP dress you mean ?
i tryed with the number under the hard disk for Mac
and it wont recognize my cloud

One can access the My Cloud Dashboard (http://wdmycloud or http://wdmycloud.local) to configure the My Cloud.

If one cannot access the My Cloud on their local network there are a few things one should check.
Ensure the network router is seeing the My Cloud on the local network through the router’s DHCP section that lists network IP addresses.
Check the WiFi router settings to ensure the router is not isolating wifi clients from the wired network (example: IP isolation).
Using “ping” try and ping the My Cloud using either the My Cloud IP address (obtained from the router) or using http://wdmycloud.

And it is recommended that one read the My Cloud User Manual (https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) if they haven’t done so already. the user manual explains to setup and access the My Cloud.

You appear to be trying to connect to the wdcloud-jp portal.

This is for the Japanese model, which has different firmware. I assume you are not using a Japanese product?

You are also trying to access via the remote access portal. Are you outside your local network?

Are you sure your WiFi settings allow you to access your local network? Some routers provide a guest access mode that only allows external internet access, and blocks accesses to the internal network.

when i buy this hard disk
it supposed to be fast and simple it seem to be not true
i am not working in computer service and repair shop
so its very hard to me to settle the problem
and its not my language to

so very hard for me to understand
may be illl go the the store and get my money back or buy another hard disk
but i am not sure
