In Dashboard Share Access Grayed Out & Files locked on Mac

Hi
Recently started using MacBookPro as my main machine. I can no longer access any of my files on my Mac they all show as locked and when I go to the dashboard they are all grayed out.

My device has a permeant red light, I assume because my 4TB file has about 13 gb left. Have no idea how that happened but need to delete some files.
