Restricted access

Hey guys!!

I have had my MyCloud for about two years and this is the first time I have had this issue.
A few days ago I was transfering files and folders into it, and for some reason, it is now saying I do not have the permissions to continue.

So I did some troubleshooting and upon unplugging and plugging back in, the light remains white and I can no longer access anything. Anyone know why?
