Invald request (404)

Hi everyone

i am having problem accessing mycloud from home wifi tablet or phone, I geet the error  Invald request (404).

If I use wifi or LTE connection , it is the same.

it was working for one week , and now not working any more. I deleted the apps and clear history from my samsung s4 , but still the same after reinstalling it.

i can access my shared folder throught any computer with wire ethernet to the hub.

any idea?

I would recommend ensuring your WD My Cloud able to communicate with the Internet and ports 80 and 443 are open in your router.
