Is there any way of restoring music files that have "disappeared" from My Cloud?

Got My Cloud as a Christmas present and have already downloaded over 120 CDs onto the system -worked well.  I tried to copy the music from My Cloud to my mobile phone (in order that it synced with my car) but stopped it mid way.  However, accessed My Cloud from home PC on Friday evening and started to delete all additional files that had been copied over whilst playing around - ringtones, adobe etc.  Half way through deleting the unwanted files, all my music files have gone and I cannot find them.  Is there any way of restoring the music files back onto My Cloud.  I am very new to this - as you can see but would welcome any assistance if at all possible!  Thank you.  :cry:

Did you ever create a “Safepoint” ? If so you can recover your files from there. If not you can try what _Lin_Admin_ suggested. You could also try a power on reset. While the unit is powered an the “Blue” light is stable, push in the reset button  (in the back of the unit, you will need a paper clip or something similar) - count to 20 and release. The unit will reboot and see if your files reappear.
