Lockdown Jobs - sorting my WD Sync password issue

Hi there,
Trying to use Wd Sync for MyCloud (not MyCloud Home) and it’s acknowledged that I am logged in to my device with my account email and password, however after selecting my device it then asks me to Sign In to Your Device.
It shows my username but I have no clue what password I set for this…I actually don’t recall setting a password for the actual device. And there’s no option to reset the password for access.
See screen grab …

Any help tips as to what I’ve done wrong here and how I fix it would be appreciative.
I’m on a MacBook Air running with MacOs Catalina 10.15.3
I’m in UK
I’m sick of trying everpasseword I’ve ever known myself to use.
I’m getting fat during lockdown.
I’m doing all the jobs I’ve been putting off - including getting this sorted.
TIA for your help/tips

Access the My Cloud Dashboard where one can see and or set a User password. Note this user name and password is for access to Private Shares on the My Cloud and is not related to the MyCloud.com password that is generally used for remote access.

How to access the Dashboard on a My Cloud (single bay) device

If one has forgotten their administrator password to access the My Cloud Dashboard one can use a 4 second reset using the reset button on the back of the My Cloud to reset the admin password back to the default (blank).
