Lost password, so how?

so i lost my password. s-u-c-ks. but i need a solution so i can acess my files? costumer support is no use.

they blocked my account, reset password dont work at all(i think its because its blocked) but costumer support is not responding.

no use. i never get a reset password email, my account is blocked, need someone to reopen it
