Password problem

So i forgot my password. and now i cant acess my files on my WD home cloud. Customer support not responding, reset password not working. any solutions. im no expert at WD home cloud. i just need to acess my files

I had this problem myself about a year ago, but I didn’t know it at the time. This is what I had to do after I emailed Instagram support service for days and they said they couldn’t help me. They said a lot of things about protecting users’ accounts or something and said they couldn’t help me. I had to find a laptop that I had already used to log into the browser. Since it was already logged in, I only had to go to the account settings and change my email there. Yeah, it was bad. I lost some respect for Instagram because of it. I also lost my whole account because I lost my email.

why do they just block it? wht dont they just make a cooldown timer like 24 hours? why do they have a reset password i the **** thing won’t work

4 times now, still no answer at all, but i do get a “how did we do” survey email.
