Lost Shared Videos folder

I have about 210Gb of videos in this folder that I no longer have access to. I have done a system restore to avail. I know the files are still there because on the dashboard it shows the video files size as 210Gb. Also, after system restore, I have the admin account, but cannot change permissions for any folders for any users that are added…the options are greyed out. I can play the video through my theater system that is hooked up to the cloud, but cannot see any of the files.
Also, before the last firmware update, I could see and access the shared video files just fine.

I know…sounds like rambling…sorry, just getting thoughts out.

As a side note, I use a Macbook Pro.

Since you already did the system restore and stills the same, try creating the share again with the same name and reset the unit. If stills the same, try contacting WD Support for direct assistance.
