MBLD Dashboard doesn't work-but files accessible via W10 file explorer

I have a 6TB MDLB in RAID 1, connected to my router via static IP. When I go to the dashboard, I see the initial screen, but clicking on any of the items brings up “redirect”, and the main menu shows again. Occasionally it will give me an error message shown below, but I still can’t get to any of the menu items. Also, the disk is showing as 0 GB used, and 0 TB available. Can I rescue this and keep my files, or is it time for a new NAS?

Same problem, but the drives are being shown as healthy or “good”
