Missing Folders when accessing through mycloud website

I am using a 3tb my cloud and I have an infuriating problem where I can’t see all of the folders when accessing through the mycloud website. The folders are all there and I can view them when on my home network and through windows. So at the moment the max number of files/folders I can view (alphabetically) is about 28/29 per a sub-folder. Is there a fix to this without having to keep the number of files/folders per a folder to below 30.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I haven’t seen this case before. As a recommendation, try creating a case with support for direct assistance from WD Support.

It sounds like an issue that can be resolved by doing the content database rebuild. In the dashboard go to Settings > General and there under Cloud access, click on Configure and rebuild the content database.

I’ll give this a try tonight and see if it helps. If it doesn’t work I’ll send the issue to WD support.
