MLBD Cant be found on new netowok

Hey,

I recently moved and upgraded my router for the new home. Originally my MBLD worked fine, however since the internet has become activated, I can no longer find MBLD. Any Ideas? The 2 main devices that use the duo are my pc and a WD media placer connected to my TV. I’ve restarted the my book duo and I’ve try the WD software to find it.

Hi,

Since you did changes on your network, the unit might have the previews configuration.

Have you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try a 4 seconds reset.

Could your new router have some security settings in the Admin?

Hey,

I’ve try restarting it restarts with no change. Also as far a s I know there arn’t any issues with security settings on the router. It worked fine until the time I had to rearrange devices after the internet activated.
