.Most times it does not work on my Dell Studio laptop using Windows 10, the connection indicator light does not come on so it appears as if no electricity is going to it. It does not show on my laptop for connecting. Sometimes it does connect and work!!! I am really so tired of this. I did write once before and got pages of answer, so involved that I just gave up. I am not an IT fundi, I just want a few straightforward simple instructions, as to how i should proceed to correct the problem!
