My Book World Edition won't power-up, NEED TO GET DATA

My “My Book World Edition (white, blue rings) 500GB” recently stopped powering up.  I recently took the drive to Best Buy.  They verified the power supply is working fine.  When plugged in, you can see the lights on the networking card lighting up.  The drive itself won’t power on (no lights).  When I hold the power button, I can hear a clicking in the drive.  I’m stuck.

I really don’t care about this drive.  It’s 6 years old, 500 GB.  There have since been advancements in data storage.  I won’t be sad if I never get to use this drive again.  HOWEVER, I absolutely need to get the data off of this drive.

There is no direct access to this drive.  It’s a network drive, uses the MioNet software or Windows sharing to access it when it’s online.  PLEASE HELP!!!
