I’m running a 4tb My Cloud with a 4tb My Book in the back, attached to a Virgin Superhub. All was working fine until I removed the My Book drive and copied over my music folder via my iMac.
The My Cloud drive is loaded with films in folders, the My Book has TV shows in folders and now a music folder, with sub folders.
The issue now is with content on my WD TV Live. The Live is hard wired to the hub.
Selecting Content Source/WDMyCloud In Videos on the Live only brings up the My Book drive, main My Cloud drive isn’t there. The only way I can get access to everything on both drives is to go into Network Share and select Windows Shares. Another thing is if I go into Mac Shares, everything is there but one particular folder housed on the My Cloud drive shows a No Media error.
My Cloud Dashboard suggests everything is running peachy and access from mobile apps is fine for everything.
I’ve reset the Live to factory setting, rebuilt the My Cloud data base and re-started the Superhub.
