Hello Community,

The power LED of my WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra lights up red, the drive LEDs are still blue, the function of the device has not yet been restricted. The reason for this is that I set up four iSCSI targets that together use the entire drive capacity. A corresponding warning can also be read on the web configuration page of the device.

I configured the device as Raid 1 with 2 x 2 TB disks.

Here are my questions:

  1. How much of the total capacity can be used without the operation LED showing red?
  2. Are restrictions to be expected in this state, e.g. Instabilities, lower transfer rates or similar?
