Hopefully someone out there can help. The customer support request I have opened has not been responded to.
My My Cloud has had a flashing white LED on it for days now and I don’t know what to do.
This happened due to one of two things:
1 - we switched router
2 - there was a very short power cut
I can’t remember accessing it between switching router and the power cut so I don’t know for certain which is the cause.
I’ve tried a quick reset (4 second one) and the longer 40 second one.
I’ve tried it in a network switch and directly in to the router with no luck.
I’ve got Sky Fibre broadband and the router is the Sky Hub for Sky Q.
The previous router was also a Sky Hub.
Everything else is working ok - PC, sonos bridge, printer, PC etc.
Here’s hoping someone can help.
