Whenever I try and transfer a file, even something as small as a jpeg sometimes the process can take 15 min and then the WD My Cloud Home will have to be signed out and then signed back in to access files cause it just goes blank. I have a My Cloud 8TB the older version and I never have an issue with that one. Any suggestions? Oh I have an iMac 27 inch 5K display with 1TB HD and 8gb ram which I plan to increase.
