My cloud home: connect via finder

I am using My cloud home on a Mac (Mojave).

In the finder on the left side it says: MyCloud-GK6BBC under Locations

When I click there it says: Connect as... and a window dialogue pops up that says: enter your name and password for the server MyCloud-GK6BBC

I tried my MyCloud user name and password but it does not work. (see screenshot: https://share-inspiration.d.pr/YgGJbC )

How can I connect?

thanks for the links but this doesn’t solve my question. Why do I see MyCloud-GK6BBC in my finder under locations? Just curious.
