My Cloud Home not responding

OMG, I accessed the device from the internet. Today is was unresponsive, and I was unable to access the device. At this point, the device goes to solid white on boot - which is bad.
I tried accessing the device from my router, and its not listed.

This is the second time its gone south - but the last time I could bring it back. This device is totally not trustworthy!!!
