My Cloud Mirror setup doe snot find my WD Drive on Windows 10. I can see the My Cloud Mirror in the Network but setup does not find it. I am trying to setup WD My Cloud Mirror on a new laptop so it will be backup up the My Cloud Mirror.

Please help.

Hello,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the app. You can download that from the WD support site.

Also, try resetting the unit and test that again.

Hi Barbara. I have a similar problem with the setup but I managed to get around it (I think). What was it that support suggested you do to get around the issue. Sharing the solution would be appreciated.
