Hi! i´m just getting problems with:

WD Sync for Mac
File Size: 21.3 MB
Version: 2.0.1.72
Release Date: 6/21/2016 |

Already installed but there is no program active, cannot access to config or whatever because i can’t see the program running.

whats wrong?

What version of MacOS are you running?

I note the limited version support claimed for WD Sync on the download page.

I also note that the software is 15 months old.

First suggestion: uninstall and re-install…

And if after what cpt_paranoia indicated for troubleshooting steps you still have problems then consider using a third party sync program like Free File Sync (https://www.freefilesync.org/) if you need only local syncing (and not remote syncing). Numerous people have had trouble with WD Sync and have moved to using third party sync software.
