My setup cannot detect MyBook Live although I am connected to my home wifi

Hi Please help to advise the solution as the setup cannot detect MyBook Live in my network. I am using Macbook Pro 2015 15".

Tried… but their answers like very technical which I cannot understand cos I am IT idiots hahaaa

By the way now I had WD My Cloud Home… can access the device’s data thru my folders but not thru the website and apps maybe cos I still as GUEST.
