myBook Live no UI SSH or FTP access

Hi

I have no access to my book live via the UI, SSH or FTP. I have performed a factory reset.  Still nothing. I can see the storage share.  I can access Twonky.

Any ideas?

Can you access the Twonky web GUI?  If not, then since UI is not working it could be a problem with the apache webserver.  As for no SSH access, did you have it previously?  If so, then perhaps the MBL did a auto-update of the firmware and got messed up in teh process. 

There are 3 steps to fixing a MBL

  1. reboot

  2. reset

  3. debrick

You are probably at the debrick option.

Hi

The main UI WAS previously working.  The Twonky UI IS currently working.

I have tried a restart and a reset with no luck.

Could you provide a link to the debrick instrucitons - remember FTP and SSH doesn’t work as I get a “connection refused” error.

Same problem. I follow the unbrick instructions to the letter. I get to step 12 after following the instructions and getting the intended results when I log out of the computer, and I hook up the pcb to the hdd I still can’t see the dashboard.
