I’ve read everything I can on these forms and searched on google. I’ve tried factory restores, 40 second reset button, update from web UI, update from ssh …
My drive is on 04.05.00-315 and I’m trying to go to 04.05.00-327
I’ve downloaded and attempted to update to 04.05.00-320 and it fails.
I’ve downloaded and installed 04.05.00-315 (same as current version) and it is successful.
When using the web UI to update (from web or from downloaded file, doesn’t matter), after 20-30 minutes on the elapsed time counter, I see the message: “Timeout; waiting for firmware upgrade. Verify the LED is not red, if not, restart the web interface, if RED, reboot drive manually. (370008)” and when I reload the web interface, the error in the top notifications shows “Error 1003, if persists, contact support”
I used instructions from this forum to connect via ssh and download the latest firmware directly (wget) and I’ve even manually copied the file to the drive’s public folder, doesn’t matter because via ssh, I get a checksum error.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
