Problem to update firmware

I’ve major problems with my wd cloud after its automatically installed firmware 21. I losing connection on my Mac, the system is instable. I’ve tried to instal update to firmware 22 but using web acces it’s hangs everytime. I’ve tried to update trough SSH and got a message like below:

can anybody help me with that?

After the automatic firmware upgrade, did you try a Quick Restore? Firmware upgrades seem to confuse the MyCloud, and a quick restore often sorts this out.

You shouldn’t have to SSH in to upgrade the firmware…
