I am having an issue. My MyCloud updated its firmware to the newest one and it says it is connected to the mycloud access. But when i log in or thur wd sync it is disconneted
More information is needed:
What OS is the computer using where WD Sync is installed?
Are you trying to Sync on the local network or from a remote offsite network?
What is the specific error message that is being displayed?
Have you tried uninstalling WD Sync and reinstalling?
Do any other computers on the same network which are using WD Sync exhibit the same problem/error?
