New HDD Data Lifeguard error

Hello!
I bought Western Digital WD Red 4 TB (WD40EFRX) today. I created 2 1.81Tb partitions. I installed Data Lifeguard tool for Windows to check if new hdd have any bads via extended test. After almost 8 hours of testing I get this:
|Test Option:|EXTENDED TEST|
|—|—|
|Model Number:|WDC WD40EFRX-68N32N0|
|Unit Serial Number:|WD-WCC7K0KTSAYF|
|Firmware Number:|82.00A82|
|Capacity:|4000.79 GB|
|SMART Status:|PASS|
|Test Result:|FAIL|
|Test Error Code:|08-Too many bad sectors detected.|
|Test Time:|22:05:39, January 30, 2018|

I need to say that pc was busy with some movies and games during test, however new hdd was empty. Here smart test results https://i.imgur.com/1egJUo0.jpg
What should I do: run test again without any load; return hdd to seller; keep calm and just use hdd because smart seems alright?

Thanks.

I did new test in HDD Scan, here results Imgur: The magic of the Internet
Looks like its ok?
