Newbie PR4100 question re drive capacities

Hi, I’ve just ordered a PR4100 and will shortly be buying drives to use with it. Planning on setting it up as RAID5. I’ve never used a NAS or multi drive system that wasn’t a Drobo so wanted to asked whether all the drives used in the PR4100 array need to be all the same capacity ie 4x6tb, or can I have a variety eg 3x6 plus 1x8?
Also, I know the recommendation is always to power down before replacing a failed drive but are they actually hot swappable in RAID5?

The hard drives need to be the same capacity for a RAID 5 configuration and the My Cloud PR4100 supports hot-swapping.
