PR4100 - RAID5 Recovery - Hot Swappable?

I’m considering a purchase of the PR4100. I’ve looked at the website and datasheets and cannot verify anywhere that the drives are hot-swappable. I saw nothing in the manual that explained how to recover from a failed drive or a failed controller. I also cannot determine what kind of drives come with the unit? So here are my questions:

  • Are the drives in a RAID5 configuration hot-swappable?
  • Can the array survive a controller failure?
  • What model drive comes with the unit?
