No Access to mycloud

I use firmware 5.27.161 with mycloudex2ultra. If I log on over Browser to mycloud, I got the message NAS is not online:

But my router is connected to the internet, I can access the data on my NAS over my PC an NAS uses the same network.

Update to OS5 has still be done. Allthough NAS is online (all lights are blue, connected to the same network as my router and connected to the internet) I cannot gain access over mycloud.com.

If I log in directly over Browser to my NAS, then click cloud, admin and Cloud access, a failure message is shown

This side does not work

mycloudex2ultra is currently unable to process this request.
