No info or pix displayin when i go on my nas

hi!

when i look at my movies directory on my nas, i didnt see pictures of them, and my old wdtv live was able to, so

it’s a function the hub doesnt do or i miss somthing ? thx

(i got normal thumbnail when i go on usb hdd)

(i used “wdtv manager” to create .xml and jpeg pix)

No, it’s definitely supported by all “LIVE” products…

How are you accessing your NAS?   Via a Network Share or via Media Server?

i acces my nas by 2 ways, both return me the same issue, i can play movie but i got no previews (cover, fanart or resume)

1st way :

Video → source → multimedia server : my nas synology ds1010 → movie → it display the list of movies, i can change the way it sort them, but no cover & resume, only play possible

2d way :

Files → video → movies, i can change the list settings & play the movie but no preview, no covers …

tips : i clik on the blue icon top right, it says “unable dashboard cause i got no media bibliotheque activated”

i never had those kind of issue with the old live one i got so i don’t know what really happen

Do this:

Go to SETUP

Go to SYSTEM

Go to MEDIA LIBRARY

Go to MEDIA LIBRARY MANAGER

… add your shares to the Media Library

Wait for the “Compiling Media Library” to finish.

Press HOME

Go to VIDEOS

press the RED BUTTON

Change to “My Media Library.”
