I have downloaded WD Photos and WD Photos Classic and both show No Photos when accessing MyBookLive. I have disabled then re-enabled remote access through the Dashboard, disabled and re-enabled file shares, Rebooted and still nothing? Firmware is up to date.
Only brought the drive a few weeks ago and having problems - doesn’t seem to do what it says on the tin!

As a recommendation, try reinstalling the app again and make sure that the photos are located in the public folder of the MBL.
Are they all jpg.
