No source folder on Backup Job

Does anyone else experiencing this problem ( among many ) with backup ?

Regardles of the type of backup that i want to make, whenever i create a job and select the Source folder from the NAS, no folders are showing up. I rebooted the NAS, but same thing.

If i try to copy restore files from the USB stick, the Destiantion folder can’t be seen

Will reseting the NAS distroy the RAID1 and lose the data ?

i performed a factory reset from web GUI and this fixed the problem

I am kind of dissapointed about the firmware, because it’s so bugy…

I would have suggested a device reboot before attempting a reset.

rebooted and even shut down, waited a little and power on again. Didn’t work

I worked with WD when I had this issue a few months ago (on Remote Backup, not USB backup).  They had to send me a new device.   A reset to factory settings did not fix the problem.  The file structure on the original device got corrupted when a firmware release was auto installed.  I have since turned off the auto install feature for new releases.
