Hi, I have a other problem. I have a Mac and i have put my number (excel) files on the MyCloud. I see with my Finder on my Mac the normal file, so i can open it and see it!
But when i look in the My Cloud app it is not a file but it is a directory. So TEST.number file i can see normal like a file on my mac finder, and i can open it, but on My Cloud app it is not a file anymore but it is a TEST.number directory with files in it what i can’t open in my iPhone or iPad.
Why he it doing this? Some other works fine. Is it posible that the new NUMBERS from apple is not working anymore with My Cloud app? I have seen that the OLD .numbers files are wokring, the new one not
The files are supported by iphone iOS, your answer is not good.
If you do the same in any Disk connected in Time Cpsule, for example, you can see it, if you use Dropbox because the file application for ios in dropbox recognize it as a numbers files as finder does for mac.
the problem is in the mycloud application tht not support the new Apple application file format.
I am going to return the product, not only because it is not working properly, the staff not recognize the issue and blame something else.
