Older Version Of IOS App

Hi

I have an old Ipad 1 and need to download the IOS app version which will run on the that Ipad. Could someone advise me where I can get it.

What OS version is your iPad using? The WD My Cloud App for iOS currently supports iOS 8 and above.

You may have to contact WD Support directly and enquire about having them provide you an older version of the iOS app. Note however that the older app may not work properly or certain features may not work with later My Cloud firmware including the OS 3 firmware released last year.
