Pandora "Not supported" error

When I first got the WD Play, everything worked exactly as expected.  However, in the past week, any time I launch Pandora I get an error saying that the file format is invalid and to check the user manual.  I’ve tried resetting my modem, router, rebooting the Play, and ultimately resetting the Play to defaults and signing back in.  I can log in with my credentials and I can see all of my channels, but it doesn’t seem to want to work.

Is there a setting somewhere that I should be looking for? Nothing has changed with my router and I definitely have an internet connection.  Otherwise, everything else seems to work perfectly.  Any suggestions welcome.

Edit:

Actually, I just noticed that the WD Remote Android App isn’t seeing the unit either.  I’m inclined to see if I can download firmware manually and update it to make sure it was applied correctly, but I can’t seem to find the link.  I’ll take a look again in a bit.
