I was sent a replacement 3TB passport Ultra after the previous one stopped working (lost all the data). Now again the second replaced drive is having similar issue. Drive lights up makes a clicking noise and doesn’t mount on the mac book pro. I have a lot of data on it. WD support says “Sorry !” and want to send another replacement drive for the third time . I am sick of this ! A lot of memories are stored on that drive and I can’t access them.

I have changed the USB cable with another new drives cable.
