Password not accepted when mapping drive

I have a bunch of computers attached to the network. They can all access the MyCloud Mirror drive. Mapping was pretty easy for most to a shared folder, but for 2 of the computers/users, it came up with access denied. I can use the user name and password to sign in through a browser to the drive. I have 2 groups set up and these 2 users are in their own group with group access to the share. The other computers/users were also in a different group with group access. I changed the 2 problem users to have their own access to the share and then they could map the share to a drive. Since everything seemed to be working fine with the first mapping, I went to map another share. All the computers worked fine, except one that is in both groups. So I gave that one user individual access to the share, but it still won’t let me map the share to a drive with the access denied error. I thought it might be because one group had access to the share and the other didn’t that might be causing the problem but I removed the user from all groups.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Double check all computers and NAS are in the same workgroup (not to be mistaken with groups in the dashboard).

Also confirm if another user account in the computer is able to map the share.
