Hi there, since a couple weeks the dashboard of my PR4100 hungs on login and I can´t do anything to admin the device.
I have tried reboots (from the power button and pulling the cord) and removing the drives with no success.
SSH is disabled (grrrr…)
I still have access to files using win10 file explorer (shares mapped) but server is not visible on network map (another symptom).
Any ideas to figure out the source of the problem and how to fix it (other than a 40 seconds reset)?
Do you think replacing current disks (4) with a new single blank disc may help? (just to access config and then reinstall original ones). May I lose the data or users/shares info on current disks?
