PR4100 32tb raid 5 array has been working very well until last week. I added a directory and the windows will not access. I am thinking that the name was too long for windows 10 to process. I can still access higher level directories, but cannot get into the problem directory to fix the issue. Also the web dashboard also stopped working. the system no longer responds. I can’t even delete data. My plex can still read and access movies, music and photos, but I cannot add or remove content to correct the issue. Also cannot get the system to respond on the http dashboard. The system does not respond.
try To access the drive from mycloud.com and try to rename the directory if u think its due to the long name .
unfortunately I cannot access my NAS the dashboard is also not responding. My plex server can still play all the movies, and music, but I cannot do anything with the device. I am basically locked out except for a few directories.
