Problem with wifi, doesn't work it i have wpa password

problem with wifi, it says limited or no connectivity when i have password on my router. if i don’t put a password it works.

i don’t know what happened but it was working fine yesterday until my cousin decided to reset it back to factory settings. when i put on WPA password, wd tv live cannot search my router. but when i disabled the security, there is no problem connecting. i just want to put at least some sort of security on my home network. please help. thanks. :smiley:

Have you made sure that the latest firmware has been applied?

  • pls check if your router allows wpa2/aes/tkp keys

  • remember - all units/devices must use the same keys/codes
