Quickview and Smartware do not show the My Cloud

Hello,

on my Win 8 Notebook I can see the folders on the My Cloud by using the network folder. But in Quickview and smartware the My Cloud does not appear. Do you have any idea to fix this problem?

By now I actually cannot use the My Cloud in a proper way :-(

Make sure the My Cloud is mapped on the computer and also uninstall and reinstall WD Smartware and WD Quickview
